Hi everyone
I'd like to clarify some points.
Before a certain stage, we don't have possibility to give our consumers the direct access to your product. At the moment, we want to provide access to your product for our partners - security companies - in order to improve security services, to help RRTs to make right decisions in emergency situations. To do this, we need to install your application on tablets with Android OS.
Calling your application should be done from our application, that is preinstalled on the tablet and is a launcher. In your application, there should be a button that closes it and returns a user to the UNITED HELP application.
Updating your application should be automatic and run on schedule so as not to overload tablets while RRT is on duty.
All interfaces of your application should be available in the same languages as the UNITED HELP application (now it's English, German, Russian and Ukrainian). In the future, new languages will be added in accordance with the launch schedule of UNITED HELP in each country. Texts dubbing is possible using the Android system synthesizer.
We hope that your product will provide simple and clear tips and advice for people in a critical situation, taking into account that the guards themselves can also experience stress.
Now we do not know the exact number of tablets, but there will be tens of thousands (and possibly hundreds of thousands). This depends on the UNITED HELP launching in different countries and on the negotiating with security companies.
We have already given some tablets to our partners for closed testing. Within 3 months we will work on the trouble-free operation of our application only. And after that we can plan the integration of your product.

Dear Kirill and dear all, thanks for answering.
We discussed about your technical questions, so you can read our answers in blue below:
"Before a certain stage, we don't have possibility to give our consumers the direct access to your product. At the moment, we want to provide access to your product for our partners - security companies - in order to improve security services, to help RRTs to make right decisions in emergency situations. To do this, we need to install your application on tablets with Android OS." > Do these tablets have a specific configuration? Like EMM/Android for Work, Managed App Config etc.?
"Calling your application should be done from our application, that is preinstalled on the tablet and is a
launcher. In your application, there should be a button that closes it and returns a user to the UNITED HELP application." > How shall the user be
returned to your application? Is there some URL scheme that can be used?
"Updating your application should be automatic and run on schedule so as not to overload tablets while RRT is on duty." > Does this
mean we need to have an updating mechanism of the core application itself? Currently we "only" update the content, but not the application itself. This is normally done via MDM of the clients or
via Google Play. Please give us a bit of insight to how you deploy the apps and tablets etc, it would help us to understand the needed efforts to comply with your business
strategy.
"All interfaces of your application should be available in the same languages as the UNITED HELP application (now it's English, German, Russian and Ukrainian). In the future,
new languages will be added in accordance with the launch schedule of UNITED HELP in each country. Texts dubbing is possible using the Android system synthesizer."
> When and how are languages added? by updating the UNITED HELP application? if so, how do
you perform updates?
"We hope that your product will provide simple and clear tips and advice for people in a critical situation, taking into account that the guards themselves can also experience
stress. Now we do not know the exact number of tablets, but there will be tens of thousands (and possibly hundreds of thousands). This depends on the UNITED HELP launching in different
countries and on the negotiating with security companies."
> What's the
product offering here? Do you manage the devices or the client himself? We are asking to understand future needed support work (e.g. only with you or directly with security
companies). Also, what are the implications of individual changes to the help contents provided in swissBUDDY?
"We have already given some tablets to our partners for closed testing. Within 3 months we will work on the trouble-free operation of our application only. And after that we can
plan the integration of your product." > Can you give us some info about the kind of devices you plan to test with?
And we'd like to know about the content, that you want to have. Probably there is too much, so please let us know, which themes (check the list below this site) do you want to offer to these Rapid Response Team (RRT). Perhaps later, for the public rollout, this could be changed.
After that, we can calculate our effort to prepare this content in a new compact way (to close the resulting gaps)an to include this "return- button".
Do you want to buy the whole package, which means: the app contents the four languages as you described (translated by our partner) and the app offers the right one to the user, depending on the operating system language in the tablet? Or do you want four different Apps in these four languages?
Thank you for answering these questions as concisely as possible to prevent missunderstanding.
When we know exactly all your wishes, then it allows us to calculate our offer.
Kind Regards
Christian

B2B business case 17minutes:
Usually, the customer buys
Included is the service level agreement which gives updates (about content or operating system).
If the content has been adapted to the company, for example special telephone numbers, checklists, integrated processes
If many devices are used, there is a quantity discount (depending on the number of devices). [content belongs to 17minutes]
> This would be important for you, if you could imagine, on how many tablets you want to have our app.
B2C business case 17minutes:
We sold the last app for the general public to Securitas AG. The company has deployed the app itself for Google Play store and Apple App Store an was responsible for its own marketing strategy. Only the update for the latest operating system was charged again.
In the case of UNITED HELP for general public it could be possible
A) after an initialization effort from UNITED HELP to 17minutes which includes the customized build and the service level agreement for defined updates, the app can be used by millions of users. In addition: from a certain number of downloads (for example after 500'000) 17minutes gets a fee per download. [content belongs to 17minutes]
B) if there is a first step rollout to security companies just to see, how the market is reacting, then we discuss about a special deal for you.
So please, let us know about that:
"We have some ideas about mutually beneficial cooperation" and about the questions below. Thank you.

Dear Christian and Daniel, hello
I'm glad to meet you
We have some ideas about mutually beneficial cooperation
UNITED HELP work with professional security companies. Among other things, we provide them with tablets with a pre-installed application United Help. We completely exclude the installation of any software by the security companies themselves.
We believe that we can improve the efficiency of security by installing your application on UNITED HELP tablets. Please tell us terms of use and pricing of your application.
I hope for our cooperation

Kirill Bezmenov,
Project Manager of UNITED HELP

Dear Kirill and dear all, thanks for contact us.
To be sure about your business plan we would like to know a few things:
First of all: is it
A) a business to business case B2B
B) a business to customer case B2C
C) a mix
D) or a step by step rollout – fist B2B, then B2C?
Regarding to the big potential of UNITED HELP, which is definite on the website https://www.rubinberg.com/Portfolio/ we can learn, that you are thinking in big categoriesJ “in the next five years…in 50 countries, 1.5 billions inhabitants and 45 million users” – maybe with their smartphones, smartwatches or key rings.
But in your question below you are talking about security companies (not millions of users) and asking about the business case for preinstalled Tables. What’s the idea behind? Is this a first step to convince trainers, teachers, sellers, security-guards?
Secondly:
Do you want to preinstall just our customized App on these tablets to show, how it works without an integration in UNITED HELP?
So perhaps this could be the first step. But to offer you the “terms of use and pricing”
We would like to knew
a) on how many tablets do you think the app will run?
b) which operating system (Android, iOS, WINDOWS?)
c) How much content do you want to integrate (please see the list below)
d) how many languages do you want to offer to customers?
e) Do you want to have our audio-files like mp3 or do you translate these instructions with the inbulid language assistant?
f) when do you want our product?
g) so do you prefer "only" a pure offline version installed, updates via mobile device management (if UNITED HELP uses an MDM for the tablets)
h) or the app with a global content management system connection (gets updates), managed by the 17minutes
i) the App with CMS for each specific customer who can then manage it by 17minutes or manage it himself
We know, a lot of questions, but to be sure, that we can make you the right offer and to satisfy you, please try to give us these information. Thank you
Kind regards
Christian

Dear Alexander, Dear Kirill
Let me quickly introduce myself:
My company developed and develops the solutions/products provided by 17minutes (iOS/Android, Web).
I am picking this up to understand the technical implications and if this is what you are asking for.
We can provide 17minutes' elaborated content in several ways, depending on your needs/demands:
A) Load data (markup text and audio) from an API/XML, connected to our CMS
B) Add the data locally to your app(s) for offline use
C) Combine A & B
D) Load audio instructions (mp3 or other format)
Specific to your technology, data could for example be used for TTS or STS.
If you have any preference, suggestions or questions, please let me know.
For business inquiries please refer to Christian.
Kind regards,
Daniel
